You should give a little more info… I think 
Usually if you’re not able to sell an item to a NPC, it’s because it’s marked as “unsellable to shop”. Check the item’s description, there are 4 categories for selling rights: shop, market, storage, personal.
Another possibility is that you accidentally locked your item.
Or it has become untradable (big red “untradable” mention) due to trading without token or being an event item.

Could you tell me which NPC you’re trying to sell an item to? I checked the Item Merchant in Klaipeda and it worked fine for me. And do you mean that if you click the item, it doesn’t show up under Items Sold? Or when you click Confirm, it doesn’t work?
Item Merchant in Klaipeda/Fedimian and Equipment Merchant.
Tested 15sec ago with another Guildmate that just came online. Same problem.

It doesnt work. Item gets into the “Items sold” tab and after pressing “Confirm” the items gets removed from the “Items sold tab”. Its still in the Inventory and no silver gained.
All of them. I have tried Klaipeda’s Blacksmith, Priest, Wizard master, Item vendor etc.
Okay, I think if you try selling just one item it will work, but for some reason, it looks like selling multiple items won’t work. I’ve told the QA team. So please just sit tight.
It looks like this is only happening in Fedimian.
It doesnt work with single items either.
Restarting client doesnt help.
same problem in Silute. Just came to the forum to report the same bug
Doesn’t work on klai server either. Tried all the npcs in orsha and fedi.
Solution rn:
You should delete all the old ones selled before and try to sell again
We just uploaded a Known Issue about the problem. We will update the announcement when the issue is resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience. 
This works! I didn’t understand at first, you clear the items in the sold list (far bottom of the shop window) by right clicking at them… after that you can sell ur items.
Confirmed. Trying to sell anything to Mirina doesn’t work if the “Items Sold” bar is full. Once you’ve removed one item, you can sell your item perfectly fine. If you want to sell more items, you have to remove more items from the list.
The issue has been fixed. You can now sell items to the NPC again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
