Can't see or leave guild bug

Bug Description : for some odd reasons I’m part of a guild that I can’t see and can’t leave, can’t also speak on guild chat either
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

so I sent a ticket with this problem and this was their reply

Thank you for contacting us.

We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the possible connection issue. However, we would like to give you some workarounds that can possibly fix the issue.

Right click on Tree of Savior (English Ver.)
Click on Properties
Click Local Files tab
Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache

Also, please make sure that you have a stable internet connection and avoid using applications that consumes too much internet bandwidth.

If the issue still persist after this workaround, please do contact us again.

Please continue to discuss the issue with the Support Team as they will be able to offer other solutions as well.
In your next ticket could you please include the following information:

  1. Have you removed all addons (especially guild related ones)? << this is super important
  2. Are you part of a guild that is having issues assigning guild authorities?
  3. Is this only happening to one character?
  4. Has your guild leader tried kicking you out of the guild and inviting you back?
  5. Are any of your fellow guild members facing a problem?
  6. What’s the name of your guild?

Answering these questions will give us a better idea of how to help you.

3 - no , all characters
4 - he can’t kick me cause I’m not part of any guild to anyone
5 - I can’t tell cause I cant use the guild functions
6 - Unlucky

I managed to fix the issue though. I applied to the same guild on the Guild Promotion Board and He managed to invite me.

So the issue is indeed the guild promotion board.
