Try to verify the integrity of the game cache. If this doesn’t work, I recommend that you send a ticket.
I already verified:( What do you mean ticket?
On the top of the page there are some sections, go to Support.
After that, go to Submit Ticket, it is on the right a little bit under the support center message.
And finally you need to enter the information about the bug and your situation, including the pics, if possible, so it will be easier to identify.
The only bad point is that it takes some time to receive an answer, so try to search if others had the same problem and keep this topic up so that maybe someone already has the solution, or knows what to do.
