Can't see my character and certain items

Bug Description : Can’t see my character and certain items after last update.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Login to the game
  2. Try to see my character

It’s kind of funny, actually, hahaha

By the way, no addons of any kind, I’ve already done file integrity verification through steam, it didn’t work.

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard and mouse

  • CPU : I7 6700K
  • RAM : 32 gb 2666 mhz DDR4
  • Graphics Card : geforce 980ti
  • Mainboard : ga z170x
  • Storage : 500 gb SSD, 3 tb hard drive
  • OS : Windows 10
  • Internet Connection : Fibertel 30 MB.
  • Country / Region (US-east/west) : Buenos Aires, Argentina.

look at the bright side: you have the coolest character ever.
I always wanted to be a magical giant flying two-handed sword that has it’s own will.

same bug here btw, my character itself don’t has it but I see headless/body less people.

No already tried and it’s not work

same, tried verifying integrity nothing changed.

Already tried fixing integrity of game cache four times, it downloads 697 mb:

But the issue still persists. I’m still a flying sword, as it can be seen in this video capture I took:

It happens with TP items in my case, Trump Costume, Hats, and premium hairstyles.

For some players, Verifying the integrity of the Game Cache fixed the issue. Anyways, for the mean time please just try re-verifying it. We’ll inform the developers about the issue again.

Same in my case, a TP hat item, not showing, just big white tile.
…it says its on… but can’t see it…
