Can't run the game with a simple user rights

Bug Description :
Can’t run the game with a simple user rights.

I run the game - get an error message: “SteamAPInitfailed”. I work as an ordinary user, not an administrator.
Start Steam client as administrator - get the same error.
So, I log into the system as administrator, run the game, everything is working fine.
How do I start the game client as simple user?

Close steam. Right click on it and select run as admin (if you right click on Tree of Savior and run as admin instead it won’t work). Then once steam is opened if you run ToS through the steam app it should ask again for the admin password. So you need to run steam as admin AND ToS as admin, if you only are asked your admin password once it means you messed up.

If the game doesn’t ask for your admin password when you run it through steam, then while steam is running (as admin), find the ToS patcher in the Steam folder and right click, run as admin.

I did not notice that I had been running the Steam client with the rights of an ordinary user. And when I start a second client instance, he did not run, and opened the window of the old client.
