Bug Description : Can’t Retrieve items from Market after sales expired
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

did you try picking it up from the “Retrieve” tab?

i’m sure he would of, i have this EXACT problem. this is a MAJOR issue as i need to be part of the server transfer from klaipeda to telsiai. and no it’s not in my retrieve tab either lol…

the terms to be part of the transfer is that you can’t have any items in market or any items waiting to be retrieved to be qualified to transfer. i hope this doesn’t ruin the opportunity for me to transfer…

update: the item just…randomly disappeared from the sell tab…but i haven’t gotten and response to my ticket or such that the problem got resolved…strange…unless they did and haven’t told me yet haha xD
