Can't Retrieve 500 TP Bundle

Bug Description :

I purchased the 500 TP Bundle, but when I select it and claim my TP I didn’t receive my TP and the bundle is gone from the TP menu.

Already open a support ticket but it’s been close to 8 hours and all I get is “In Progress” status with a generic automatic reply. Appreciate any help at this point, otherwise I might as well get a refund from Steam.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Buy TP
  2. Click the TP button ingame
  3. Click USE
  4. Click YES
