Bug Description : I can’t repair the shoes at blacksmith
(Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. log in
2. come to the blacksmith to repair the shoes
3. try Orsha, Klaipeda, Fedimlan blacksmith but they wont let me repair
4. log out
5. try 3 times and its the same

Try repairing it from player repair shops.
