Can't Redeem TP even after last Hotfix

Bug Description :
I can’t redeem a TP bundle that I bought, it shows in game but after clicking “OK” nothing Happens, it’s been 4 tickets to the support and still nothing except “wait maybe it will works” I have waited 5 fays, last hotfix on 31th didnt change anything.

I have tried on a different computer, I tried to re install the game, nothing change, the bundle still cant be redeem.

Its been 10 days, still can’t get what i PAID for, played around 50 hours and still can’t redeem the Bundle.

Can someone actually do something ? I made 6 tickets already.

For the record I tried to buy a lesser TP bundle and IT WORKED, I could redeem it no problem, so only the big bundle is BUG, can you DELETE IT and CREDIT IT AGAIN so I can try to redeem it ? Or maybe Credit it directly and then DELETE IT, I dont’t care but I ve paid for something I can’t use, that’s absolutly non acceptable.

I have the same problem now, i just Bought TP and when i claimed it, it vanished on my TP box, but i havent received the TP on my character.

That’s not exactly the same, I still see it, but when I click on “OK” nothing is happening.

Its almost 2 months now and still NO ANSWER from this game support, I still can’t REDEEM my TP bundle IN GAME, will you finally do something ? (It is so easy to solve the problem by deleting it and crediting it AGAIN since I could redeem other TP bundle but there is one that is “BUGGUED” nothing happens when I click on “OK”

Well… Genius but no, I did 9 tickets already. almost 2 every weeks. And so far absolutly NOTHING has been down on their end except : “We are forwarding this”.

If you were a bit less lazy maybe you would have read in the first post that I had sent 4 tickets at the time I edited my post, so it’s 9 now.

But always fun to bash some random guy trying to act clever. Come again next time.
