Bug Description : Cant Recharge TP( 900TP (+180TP))

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Click on TP Icon
2. Click ‘Use’
3. TP can’t recharge
4. When close TP window can see TP again
5. Try to click the retrieve all button, re-login, re-play cleint but cant recharge
