Can't receive TP BUndle

I can’t get my TP bundle. I got it hours ago and I still can’t put it on my character. Nothing happens when I click “use” and “yes”

Anyone know a solution?

I sent 3 report tickets, and my problem was never resolved =(. I just refunded the money. Thanks anyway though @GM_Francis
