Can't receive TP Bundle when I bought 2Bundle (100TP Sv.Teisei)

Dear whom it concern

Please recheck my id for not coming of TP Bundle in log-in game so I bought 2 TP 100 Bundles but I can received only ONE bundle please fix this and let me know that future it can be complete and not make me aware for buying.
