Can't receive Adventure Journal's main rewards

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Orsha, Klaipeda

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. I talked to to Wings NPC in Orsha and Klaipeda
2. Clicked the chests on the Main part of Adventure Journal
3. Saw the announcement saying that I had received the silver
4. Didn’t get any silver, and the chests on the Main part is still there.

Same happened to my character today just 10 minutes ago from when I am posting…
Is there a fix? I didn’t get the reward chests. Location is just the one shown in the above screenshot.
Control: Keyboard.
I was killing some mobs and doing some quest before I come to the city and then sold some of my extra loot to npc to save inventory space. then talked to the Wings NPC and clicked on the chests icons that were highlighted.

Didn’t find any reward.

Sorry, can’t give much detail as I’m new.

The rewards are only a small amount of silver, they’re not items so you may have missed seeing it.

Achievement is 830/330
it happen before maintenance…

You need to go to the Wings of Vaivora NPC to claim your rewards.

The Achievement level caps at 3, it most likely won’t change until the Achievement Journal rework.
