Can't queue on dungeons

Bug Description :

After I bought a token (99 TP for 1-month) my character started to bug in Instanced Dungeon queuing (I don’t know if the token was the reason but it’s the only new thing I did before the bug happened). Even if I queue in my different characters under the same Team, the Class Icon (the one that pops out on the circles on match making) doesn’t appear and if I wait for like 5 to 10 mins, no match making was made.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Auto Match in any dungeon or character on my team (Even Auto Match with party is affected too).
  2. See the queuing time pass by and the class icon of mine doesn’t appear.
  3. Forever queuing.
  4. Restarted everything including computer and such, nothing changes. All of my characters are crying because the dungeon reset is wasted.

Sample picture, but same scenarios on my other higher leveled characters on different dungeons. Can’t. Queue. :frowning:

I having the same problem but seem no feed back from them

Same problem happening to me in Silute. Entered Merc once normally, after run was done and I tied to queue again, it simply bugged and no matter what I did it wouldn’t let me auto match once more.

I also have the same problem. I already tried to change the channel, I restarted the game, I changed the map. We need a solution, since we are missing out on the event.
