every time i click the play in tree of savior it closed immediately. i need help

Also try this:

  1. Navigate to the Tree of Savior directory
    For example: C:\Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior
  2. Enter release folder
  3. Delete user.xml and user_c.xml
  4. Restart Game

Same case here.
Whenever i clicked on steam, the files in patch folder will gone missing and the game doesn’t launch.
Please fix it.
