Can't pick up Royal Mausoleum 4F Collection Chest

Bug Description :
I just went to Royal Mos 4f and found the treasure chest containing the collection for the area i tried to open it but it wont open for some reason and it was invisible at first it just appeared there suddenly…

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Go to Royal Mausoleum
2. Find the Chest near the entrance for 5F (sometimes you can’t even see it and appears suddenly after some time)
3. Try to pick it up
4. Nothing happens

Some things that come to mind :

1. Go to the chest, log out to character screen and log back in again, maybe that helps.

2. What controls are you using? Controller? Keyboard? Mouse + Keyboard?
   Go in front of the chest so your character faces the chest, switch to another controls type and try opening it (Mouse : leftclick on the chest… Keyboard : space bar when the spacebar icon appears below the chest… Controller : Don’t know what the button is).
   After you’ve opened it you can switch back to your usual control style.
