If your team is at Team Level 1, head out to your nearest Event Notice Board to receive the following items (they will be received all at once on the first character you use the Notice Board with).
But note that Team Level and Character Level are different. Your Team Level is calculated according to all the characters and/or companions you have in your Lodge (you can check the top part of the screen at your Lodge to see your Team Level).

Yes but nothing happens when I talk to the Notice Boat. I can’t get any Boost Pack neither can’t participate the other events.
