When trying to open the box, it’s list goes down beyond the screen leaving no option to confirm the selection (even not all options can’t be seen). It is not possible to move the dialog nor to somehow confirm the selection (tried for mouse and keyboard controller options) - see the screenshot.
If someone can help with it, it would be nice.

it happens to me when trying to see other stuff too and I hate it…
that been said, I find it rare you don’t get a scroll option the second time you open it

Well, it’s not what happens from time to time - I simply can’t open the box.
Had such problem with a couple of quests that have multiple rewards but somehow managed to stumble through (after all, usually there are just several options while this box has at least a dozen…)
when it happens I usually close the quest/option then reopen and the scroll appears to select…
it used to be worse when my laptop scroll was broken and got stuck D:
I obviously tried multiple times - alas, the result is the same and the only option is to just hit Esc and close the dialog

Tried disabling all of your addons if you have any?
I have no addons installed.
try adjusting the display to “windowed”. it will auto adjust the screen resolution then you can now scroll down to select an option and access the buttons. hope this approach works for you, it did on mine

Just in case someone else is having this problem and is stuck as well.
I found a workaround solution - try adjusting your display to “windowed” as advised above by Nouan AND play with your resolutions.
Simple adjustment to ‘windowed’ didn’t help me so i started to change my resolutions (from 4k) to lower values. At 2k it resized the selection form correctly allowing me to choose the recipe.
