Can't move when in a party after instance

Bug Description : After a cutscene or teleporting while in a party the player who DIDN’T START THE INSTANCE will freeze and be unable to move or attacl. 100% reproduction rate. Was in Ashaq Floor 3 fighting ceberus, my party member started the fight and when we exited the cutscene I was unable to move.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Be in a party.
  2. Have a party member start a mission that causes a boss fight/cutscene
  3. Try to move or use a spell and find you’re unable too.

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Mouse Mode

I can confirm that, it started yesterday after the huge lag into the server and today still happening.

Me and my friend who quest with me had that happening more than once.

They said they fixed it but clearly they didnt.

I don’t remember ever getting this before yesterday tbh with you.

But if it was an old issue, they better get their act together.

The optimization also gone to hell in the following patches.

Lots of areas where i didn’t had problems with FPS and stuttering now are acting up.

Its a fresh new issue. It started after the recent patch.

My friend and me have the same issue, we are in Varena server.

I hope they fix this soon. I legit am having no fun without being able to group with my party and friends.

Only way to “FIX” it is to change channels. But itll happen again the next place. You have to STAND AWAY from the NPC like a map/screen away when your party member accepts the ques

bump. this is too stupid. it happens pretty much 100% of the time

this is too much of a hassle. can’t play normally with a party. doesnt this kind of bug warrant an emergency maintenance?

Klapedia, its still happening. I jsut went to help my Bf in a quest and got stuck… at least I could auto attack.

Same thing happening on Silute.
Trying to do quests with a friend of mine and if I talk to the NPC my friend is unable to move, if she talks to the NPC, I’m the one who can’t move.
It is a very serious issue. Does anyone know if they said something about it?

There went our weekend. They’ll probably attempt a fix on tuesday morning.

There is a way to counter the bug, but is kind of annoying. One of the party members is going to talk to the quest while the others are waiting in far from it. The one who accept the quest will teleport you there, if you got teleported you will be able to move and use skills but if you start walking there it means you got stuck and you need to be even further. After 2-3 tries you will figure the distance where you need to be. I am doing that atm with my friends until they fix it.
