Can't move the character (problem solved)

Hi

My GF is experiencing some difficulties, she can’t move with the character. She logs in but just stands there and, like I said can’t move. She can play just fine with other characters. So it’s only affecting 1 character.
Anyone recognize this problem?

Edit: She deleted the character and made a new one (was a lvl 2 character), but the new character also have the same problem, can’t move.

2 reasons I have found shift+tab with steam, redo it to fix it.

Rebinding of keys, reopen the keybinding page wait for a second and then exit again. Needs time to update the new keys or it freezes character

Seems it was something to do with the keys.
Problem solved.
