Can't login with one of my characters

Bug Description :
Can’t login with only one of my characters but i can with the other two, i pick the character and in the loading screen suddenly stops and i can hear some game sounds

Hi! I can’t log into one of my characters too!

Server Name : Orsha
Team Name : Kelly
Character Name : Kapsa
Starting City : Klaipeda
Map Stuck : Klaipeda

I can log in to my other character, but whenever I try to log in with Kapsa, it just gets stuck at loading screen. Quite like the OP’s issue, really. I was playing just fine until I tried to move from Forest of Prayers to Klaipeda, if I’m not mistaken. Tried closing the game and restarting it a few times, did not help. Thanks!

Im stucked in forest of prayers . im from orsha server. my ign is Ron. ive been stucked when doing the quest that requires you to buy a certain scroll for 10000 silver . when i finish that quest and teleported back to forest of prayers i got stuck in the loading screen. i tried many times but still suck in loading screen.
