Can't login to the game or forum without using VPN

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

I cannot login to the EU server at all with my country’s ISP (from Turkey). I couId play just fine yesterday. I can enter into my lodge and even create characters but when I try to enter the game it forces me out of my lodge and into the server selection screen. From what I could see ,since it was too fast I cant get a picture, it says cannot connect to the serverI opened a new team in Klaipedia and enter into the game just fine with my normal ISP. However, if I want to connect to the EU server I can only use VPN. Moreover, I also cannot connect to the forums with my ISP. I am writing this from a Russian IP. It also worked in Japan IP.

Go on https://www.whatismyip.com/ and check if your IP Address is assigned to Turkey or not other country that may be IP blocked, you can also turn off your modem, wait for 1 min and turn it on again to see if it change to other IP (that only work if your ISP work under Dynamic DNS).

Why they block countys? Really awsome ideas from IMC.

Because they have their own publisher for ToS or will have.
