Can't login my other character

Bug Description :
I always get disconnected when moving maps and that’s ok for now BUT today I was about to do the 90 dungeon so I moved to zachariel crossroad and then I got disconnected as usual. I tried logging back but it only brings me back to the server login. I tried changing channel and still can’t login. this only happens to one character which is my Quarrel shooter and every other character works fine.

Hi @gwa_pao! Kindly try to restart your router and see whether the problem will be fixed. If the issue still persists, kindly send us a ticket through Support and include your character’s Starting City for us to move it.

thanks, the bug is temporarily solved. they moved me to fedimian but i still can’t enter zachariel crossroad map for now. but still thanks for helping me move.
