Bug Description: I tried to move between channels after complete the event quest, and my game just frozen, I still could move my character around, however everything else was frozen… then I quit the game and tried to relog in, but i couldn’t. every time that I tried to log in again I kept receiving the same message (following screenshot). as far as I can guess I imagine that my character is crashed and still logged in so if you guys can help me by kicking me out or I don’t know any other else solution that you guys have.
