Can't log in some characters

Bug Description :I’m go to the Roxona Reconstruction Agency Maps, can play normal then my character has stuck and go to select server screen
,can get in lodge but can’t start game with this character and have messege “cannot connect to the server” and go to the select server screen.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. to the select server screen and select server
  2. in lodge >select character
  3. it say cannot connect to the server
  4. go to select server screen
