Can't learn the attribute Umbo blow knockdown

It says 16min to learn but I already waited for 1 day and canceled learning the attribute then tried again still nothing

I have the same problem with other skills here. Looks like you need to wait in town - somehow it worked for me.

Hopefully they’ll fix it soon. Would be annoying to wait some hours in town for some skills ;_;

Talk to the master and wait 30 sec
