since yesterday everytime i try to launch the game, after the 100% the game just closes itself and does nothing, already restarted the pc, reinstaled the game, verified the game files, but no luck
solved by deleting the xml files
Delete all of them in release folder then verify using Steam

i’ve tried all the above and it kinda helped, the first few trys w/o deleting xml. then i tried doing what you guys did. it didnt help me much either. Went from 95% to 97% and then shuts down. please help.
Try. Enter to steam, go to Tree of Savior properties at Local Files tab, you need to back up your files on a external folder (not the folder that Steam recommend by default), done that you’ll uninstall Steam (all folders will be deleted included the backup ones, that’s why you save it on another address) and must clear your registry. Then (maybe reboot) and install Steam again and select the Restore Game Files option on the Steam menú. This will install ToS again and download some files if there are some missing.
I don’t sure if this gonna help you but it worked to me when the launcher even’t want to pop-up / the process begin and it closes itself without do nothing.
The bad thing is that I only have ToS on Steam, so it was easy for me backup and restore, but for people having more games, well… more back ups.
