Can't launch the game and pop rup error message

2 days ago I had this error message pop-up everytime when I open the game.
" The server name and address could not be resolved "
" Failed to download list file. Please try again as administrators. update/patcher.version.txt(1144)"
I also run the game as the administrators but it’s still not working at all T~T
Please help me to fix this T~T I can’t not play game nearly 3 days T~T
