Can't launch Game anymore after POWEROUTAGE

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)I loss power throughout my home, I was ingame. The PC shut off and tried to get back ingame. Couldnt connect to the servers maybe because my internet wasn’t down connecting yet. I saw an (error message) pop up but I assumed it was just a notification for not being bale to connect to the game servers. eventually I got connected and got back ingame. Then I lost power again. after the 2nd time, I couldnt get the game to launch.

tried reinstalling and verifying game cache. nothing worked.

same here when the game get a powerout in loading screen, never on again just restar all fresh instal and it ok
some games files broken+

Try deleting user.xml and user_c.xml at \common\TreeOfSavior\release

Uh, what are you complaining about?

This a godsent message to you, to quit. The game gets broken so you can leave easierm got it?

I did delete the user and user c files… nothing happened

Try deleting also uilayout.xml

So after a little digging around. I realized all my games on steam wouldn’t connect to a game server. But I could surf the web and watch YouTube. Called the ip provider and then they reset everything and got a new IP address.

I was able to play games online but not tree of savior. I disabled the firewall and did a full reinstall and deleted everything in TOS folder. Patched everything and the. Enabled the firewall and started playing again.

So the issue was with my internet provider not my system. U
