Cant go through loading screen

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : joypad

Bug Description :
I was changing channel while the screen lagged at 75% of the loading, restarted game and from there and afterwards i cant login inside the game with that character, it stops at 75% of loading and wont load more.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. login
2. start game
3. bug comes
4. wont go more than 75%

Server is Femidian
Character name is AsTRaLta
Team name is dRaGn33L

how you fix that problem ? i have same problem here .

join with another hero, go to another area, channel change. do this 2-3 times then go back to ur bugged character and try all channels till u get in
