I am having this same issue, please fix. I am unable to walk onto the watermill due to an invisible wall. This is in Seir Rainforest walking from the Zerha entrance to head towards Sicarius 1F.

I just spent 15 minutes trying to glitch my way onto there using various abilities and jumps. Also tried reloading the area and relogging. There seems to be no work around right now.
