As I was trying to find some quest to kill, after I talked to every NPC in Gateway of the Great King, nobody is giving me any quest to do. But from database, there should be some side quest available. Did anyone know what happened?

I can do the side quest just fine yesterday. But when i log in today, i cant even complete my sidequest and the quest wouldn’t show up when i talked to the npc in gateway of the great king. I can still kill the mobs and get exp but i couldnt retrieve the item drop as well. I wonder what happened?
I’m already 61 when I was in the area. And I try to talk to every NPC I found but nothing happen.
