i submitted a ticket and they have responded saying it’s “in the process” …
been 2 days since I’ve submitted… still nothing…
I think we should get a compensation for this…
I am stuck with TP that I can not redeem as well. NA Klaipeda server. I loaded up a few days ago and still nothing. Steam won’t refund it for me either. Token ran out today. How do we get our TP? >.>"*

But do send a ticket using the “payment” section, otherwise it might be lost cause they can’t tell what you’re talking about if you don’t use the correct section
This seems to have started after last week’s maintenance
I tell you to send the ticket because that way they can have your team name on hand when they start going through the people that have bought but not redeemed their TP bundles.
I have already sent the ticket about 4 days ago thanks tho.
All our tickets “in progresS” until they pretend like nothing happened after next maintenace, then they’ll resolve them
I’m calling it haha.
We should all suggest to get a compensation
I’m afraid that after another maintenance my TP will be stuck for a week or more, but I would be less upset about it if I knew that it came witha 100 tp compensation for being rewarded late for throwing IRL cash on the game
yea ikr! totally agree. you know I bought the tp then cos I wanted to use it to buy some nice accessories etc… but paying for something you haven’t been able to use is :S
is there a fix for this or are we screwed? really wanted the xmas costume before they remove it. but how can i get it if i cant retreive mt tp?
You should definitely send a ticket with this specifically, it’s actually a very valid complaint. They’ll cost way more when they’re moved to the echange shop.
Also expect a fix after maintenance cause that’s when they can slip in code fixes and whatnot

My Tp randomly worked after sitting idle for a couple of days. Hope it works for others as well.
Happened to me too,
Now the’ve fixed it and could retrieve my TP just fine.

Was it possibly because maintenance just happened?
If randomly, that’s highly inconvenient and unacceptable. If this game is their business then they should serve their customers properly.
