Hi! It is not possible to see the video of your problem.
For this quest in question you can simply to the north-west side of your screen and you’ll find the revelation, there’s a video from google as reference:

I did that. The yellow light comes down to my character but the quest doesnt complete.

edit: Just woke up and tried again and the quest finished. Dont know what happened yesterday but it didnt want to complete. Thanks anyway.
