First Be sure your got the good server
Then, there should be a TP icon in game (When logged on a character) Your tp should be there.
If after that you still don’t find them… Contact support like Vaca send you.

i saw it already on the top right of my screen (TP button)

thanks. i saw my purchase but when i retrieve it my tp is still 0? =( do i have to wait?
