I’m trying to advance to Rune caster, but I can’t seem to find the NPC on the map. I’ve watched videos of where the NPC is located, but no information on if I have to clear a quest to unlock this NPC. Does anyone know if this is just a bug or, if I missed something?
Nevermind, figured it out. Had to clear some quests in the area.
