My friend did get cheap silver from rmt. Enough to buy a token after in 2 days. Because, you know, 1k+ TP lying around collecting dust canāt be used to help friends. Tard system.

Cāmon Flan, I really love ToS and I think IMC is doing a great job in general, but I think people should generally only play games as long as they enjoy playing them.
On topic: Honestly the trade restriction on tokens is really weird, I canāt follow the logic on how that is going to hinder gold sellers. Maybe it helps and I just donāt understand? It would really be nice if you could buy tokens for a friend who is less fortunate and too lazy to grind silver.
However, they must have been enjoying the game if they wanted to use real money to buy a token right? Then restrictions suddenly ruined the enjoyment for them. The worst part about this all is, these were paying customers who were put off by the way IMC was limiting their play experience, one of them even resorted to RMTing as a result of this. As a business, IMC is taking a serious loss with any paying customer who quits the game over restrictions and limitations, even worse are people who resort to RMT because these restrictions and bugs with the TP buying frustrated them enough to protest in this kind of way.
All Iām saying is that certain ugly things about a game and make greatly overshadow the good things and make it unfun for people.
Iām personally trying to enjoy this game attempting to forget the add-on issues and glaring security issues that RMT are no doubt exploiting. Iām personally trying to not let the restrictions get to meā¦ I donāt even use the market unless Iām buying something and I donāt bother trading with people either. It sorta upsets me and I hope it changes.
I have a more open mind than some people but thereās no doubt in my mind that things about this game suck complete and total ass and are unacceptable. I think this game will only hold my attention until Iām attracted to a new game. Itās mostly the art, music and mindless hack 'n slash combat system that keeps me here and that can only stay entertaining for so long.
I try to understand and relate to peopleās feelings more when Iām not being a troll that is. Itās easy to just say ābyeā to someone in a rude way or dismiss peopleās feelings about the game, but when the same things are being talked about over and over again by different people every day, thatās when I feel like itās worth caring about these issues.
But this is all part of my open minded nature. Of course Iāve spent my whole life empathizing with clients and customers trying to understand their feelings so that I can fix up and make more user friendly products.
Thereās those occasional āByeā threads where the person is just being an angry unreasonable retard, we all love trolling them. Then thereās a legitimate āByeā thread by a frustrated gamer who was put off by issues that the community is in agreement actually suck about this game. This is one of those things.
I actually thought that buying token in the TP Shop does not make it untradable. It only becomes untradable if you buy it on the marketplace. The only thing to do left is to wait three days until your friend is able to trade directly with your character (which is disabled for some days).
Am I any wrong on this?
Tokens are special in that they can only be traded via Market and not by direct trade.
The restriction is stupid and all but i have a possible solution for you.
Just trade him the number of talts needed to buy a token from the market place. You can make back the silvers by selling your own token back to the market.

no token cant be 1:1 trade, even both account are Token user, they still canāt trade Token.
OP made a good point, and trying to help the game by inviting a friend even paid for them. But the white knights who think helping the game by defending it are more toxic.
I suggest IMC put a gift button. in the TP shop. i can buy for myself or buy it as a gift for my friend.
