Can't Enter World At Char. Select

Bug Description :
I’m trying to enter the game with a character, but it just gets stuck on “Entering World.” It should be mentioned that my character is currently in the Crystal Mines.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Load Game
  2. Select Character and start game
  3. ???
  4. Can’t enter world

This is the exact same experience I am getting with my main character. I cannot connect with one of my characters, but the others are fine. The last thing that happened in game with my main character consists of switching maps, then the map and all my normal ui functioning being distorted. I could still move around but was not in a loading screen. After switching characters for 30 mins or so, I went back to my main character and was not able to enter into server, just getting kicked back to server selection. I imagine this is a fix that require’s GM / Developer attention.

Unfortunately, I have fixed my character stuck in lodge issue by simply choosing login channels other than the default. Instead of logging into channel 1 (Default), I chose channel 4. This surprisingly solved my issue.

Procedure.

  1. Select Server
  2. Select Channel other than default if available.
  3. Try to enter server
  4. If unsuccessful, repeat the process from step 1 choosing a different channel than the previous.
