Can't enter world after the update(8/2/2016)

Character Name: Spadudioles and nutcreative

Bug Description : It doesnt allow you enter the world with your characters but if you create another character, it could enter. I have 2 characters before the update and both of them can’t enter.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. When I updated the game.(others have already experience this bug even before the update, others say it has been resovle for them.)

Hi @mojosandfries! Kindly try to restart your router. If the issue still persists, please let us know by submitting a ticket through our Support and provide your character’s Starting City for us to move them.
