Bug Description :
I popped a instance reset voucher on Lavender, but when I went to enter the dungeon I continuously got a “please try again later” message. I am getting this error on ALL of my toons. It is incredibly troublesome and quite game breaking. I can’t enter dungeons, I can’t enter missions, I can’t do the tamer event so I’m missing out!!! Basically I can’t do anything that requires a queue. It has been 3 days and I haven’t heard anything back outside the generic message on my ticket. Someone please help me…I swear if I don’t get compensation with all their issues going on it will be a bad joke.

- Go to dungeon
- Press queue buttons of any kind
- Get error
