Hi! I tried to do the tranfer to the SA server today, but seems like i cant do it because i have items in the market! However, i have already recieved the 48 houes silver from the market and i retrive almost all of the remainings. there are 3 weapons that i cant cancel the register because “the sell period has passed” and they tell me to retrieve the itens. But when i click o the retrieve part, its empy, no itens! There are 3 itens on te “Sell” part, but no itens on the “Retrieve” part! What is that?? I can only do the transfer until today! Please help me
you have to remove ALL items from the market. Since you are moving to a new server you can’t have items selling on the old one or you won’t be able to move.

To be fair, the staff took their time to put the IP up for people to properly ping to it and consider the transfer. This is expected.
my market is stucked! not my fault…
They announced it early enough, so if you still kept putting in items in the market it’s not IMCs fault…
the itens are there but i just cant take them! the retrieve part is empty but in the sell part there are 3 itens that i cant cancel. you know what i have to do?
dude, as i sad… there is a bug on my market. so its not my fault. the itens were there since 5 days ago.
Change your computer time to server time. Then try cancelling. Its weird, but works

For where I know, you can cancel the Selling items just retrieving all items.
If you can’t, just take a PrintScrean or record a video of what is happening, and show here on forum on another specific post and on the support ticket.
