Bug Description : trying disband my guild but can’t because “you cannot disband a guild while you are at war” all wars ended 04/28

I’ll have you down under the list of guild leaders who cannot submit transfer requests due to the guild at war bug. You don’t have to submit a ticket, but please make sure your account meets all the prerequisites for the transfer.
