you are in bad luck… the archer is sleeping on their room. you need to wait until they woke up… also archer doesn’t want to party , they are introvert so you don’t see them inside the bar.

Well, a standard procedure is verifying the game cache. If this doesn’t help. Send a ticket as soon as possible relating the problem.
By the way, always mention the staff, it will help answering your questions/solving your problems.
