i have opened up the suggested ports for the game and so on, i even have the founders server exclusive access 2 pack DLC throught he steam store, but every time i launcht he game and choose a server, any of the shown servers avaialable i stilll get " cannot connect to server" even though my friend can get on just fine, whats going on here?

beent hrought aht as well, ran through the AV, turned off AV, restarted my computer a couple of times and actually have reinstalled the game twice now through steam, but still absolutly no way of getting in
Is your DLC is checked in ToS entry at library?
If so, try unchecking and restart steam then try to launch it again.
If that doesn’t work, check it again, restart and launch.
yup, tried it with it unchecked as well, same issue
You sure no VPN is up in your system?
Try using https://www.iplocation.net/
and see if it gives out your correct location.

If you ping/traceroute 52.86.225.9 what result do you get?
hmmmm i think i figured out the problem, and before i make a few errors due to sleep dep, i am going to head to bed, i will come back and update this all in the morning and hopefully what i post here will help everyone out in the future

Hope your problem is already fixed by the time you read this 
so, as an update, what i thought was the problem was not the problem, i checked everything to this point, ports are open, firewall is off, i have nothing in the respect of a VPN set up, but i am still pinging a no reply to 52.86.225.9 and i still cant get in to the game, i am honestly stumped at this point
if your internet speed it good…
try this: deactivate the pack and re download the game then load it until you see the servers, close and activate the patck again, then start game again

Ok now I find it odd why the server ip is not responding to you
The only possible reason is that you are ip blocked 
Maybe you should submit a ticket regarding this matter and indicate where you live, the ISP that you use, and your ip results from ip finder so they could check up on your situation.
