WE ALL have this problem, i think its something from Brasil, everyone who’s not from Brasil can’t play. Thats seems wired. I send like 3 tickets and the staff ask me for my team name and nick, but when you made a ticket it says all those information its something :D:D:D

The only country in South America with Amazon Datacenters is Brazil… Wait, where you expecting Amazon to open new Datacenters just to host a low-income game and make you happy? Keep dreaming mate.

I dont care, Internet of Brazil and Datacenter of Brazil Sucks. Chile and Argentina have better Conection with the entire World than Brazil. Brazil doesnt have a good connection with the rest of south America.
