Can't connect to game server

Bug Description :
Stuck in Connecting to Server screen.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

System

CPU : AMD FX-8320
RAM : 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz
Graphics Card : 2048MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
Mainboard : Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. 990FXA-UD5

yes i just tried restarting my computer still getting disconnected. i log in and after a few seconds it just disconnects me

Please delete this file :
<< Tree of Savior Client Folder >>\release\release.revision.txt and restart the game.

By default, you’d usually find it in :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release\release.revision.txt

still disconnects me maybe i have to re download it? does it matter where i have my steam folder located?

Yup, I think reinstalling would be a good idea. Can you try reinstalling?
