Having steam issues too. Steam > Not Connected. tsk. What time is team battle league? 10pm right? uhhggg
Do run as administrator for steam and it should do it. That’s what I did and it worked. As for ToS, I just went to another server and then logout to switch to the actual server I play on.
Ok the issue seems to be my steam is corrupted. What I did is , I deleted all files besides steamapps and steam.exe then. redownloaded all steam files again. So far so good.
