Bug Description :
I finished all the quest and be ready to turn in the quest, once i clicked the circle (the quest teleport function button), i tped outside a giant invisible shield that covered the NPC and i cant reach it to turn in the quest.
All of the quest requirements are finished and the only thing i can do is to turn it in to complete it.
I tried to abandon the quest but since its main quest line, i cant do it.
I tried to restart the game and tried to teleport multiple times, there still have a giant invisible shield covered the NPC and i can not complete the quest by turn it in.
