Cant complete quest NPC missing Sanctuary

Bug Description :
Cant complete quest Adapting to Circumstances (NPC Bishop Aurelius wont appearing)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Doing prior step ot this quest (luring mobs to Apgaule Altar using disguise scroll i strart to recive server messages something like “you cant transform in this area”)
2. After that 4rth step of this quest was completed but NPC for 5th step do not appear.

I don’t remember if you still can use the book he give you at Main Chamber, its a black book in your quest item inventory, right click it and see if it summon the bishop.

there’s a book in your inventory that u can use to call upon the spirit. If that does not work, try abandoning the quest and re-launching your client.
