Can't Claim My TP Bundle

Bug Description :

I purchased a TP bundle successfully through Steam on 1/3/2017 around 7:30 AM PST. When i got in, the TP bundle showed successfully on the menu, but clicking the claim button doesn’t give me the TP.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Purchase TP bundle from Steam ($27 bundle in this case)

  2. Log into the game

  3. Open the TP screen to the right (Observe the tp bundle is available)

  4. Attempt to claim the bundle

Result:

Either nothing happens or the tp bundle fails to recharge the account.

Unfortunately, it’s still persisting. Unlike my forum name suggests, I foolishly decided to purchase more TP since I would really like to buy some goddess cubes. I bought a 500 and 100 TP bundle; the 100 TP bundle claimed successfully, but now I have a 500 TP bundle stuck along with the 300 TP. :frowning: I really would appreciate any help you guys can give please; this is disheartening.

Hrmm… Well, we’ve tried some more tinkering on our end, so could you please give it a while and try again? Really sorry about the inconvenience.

Funny enough, a few moments after my reply, I was able to claim the 300 TP bundle, so thank you guys so much, seriously! :slight_smile: The 500 tp bundle is still stuck, but i’m hoping it’ll shake loose as well with whatever you guys did. Thank you sir. :slight_smile:

Glad to hear that at least some of it went through. Please let me know if the 500TP bundle continues to be an issue even after a few hours.
